Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped FOB The Collective warehouse, Sparks, Nevada.

Orders begin processing upon approval and verification of payment information. 

Special routing instructions must be specified, or The Collective will ship at own discretion. Special handling requests are subject to extra charge. 

A 10% processing fee will be charged for warehouse order pick up and is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Collective will make every attempt possible to notify customers by email with the tracking information when order ships. 

Orders typically ship within 1-3 Business Days of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. Once an order ships, we will notify you via email with a tracking number. Shipping time will vary based on delivery location. 

It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. We will try our best to keep our inventory updated. If a product is custom made, and has a longer lead time, it will be noted on the product page.

The Collective does not drop ship.
