Shipping
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.
- We utilize UPS to ship out all orders within 2 working days. Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch.
- Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure efficient delivery.
- We offer worldwide shipping; however, shipping costs vary by country/region. Please contact Customer Service to place an international order.
- International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Shipping fees, duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you need an item quicker, please contact Customer Service. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping.
- Kindly note that fees for rush shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions.
- After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
- Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to us and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be processed.
- The customer is responsible for coordinating return shipping and covering the associated costs. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during the return shipment.
- Please get in touch with Customer Service in order to start your return.
- Items must be in new, unused, resellable condition in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In the event of late returns, we are not responsible for covering the return shipping back to you.
- All sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for return.
- All international (excluding the United States) are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- If your order or anything in it has arrived damaged, defective or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), box, and the packaging. We will take care of the rest!
